Warhol and Cars

Bobby Rahal BMW of South Hills is proud to sponsor an exclusive opening of Warhol and Cars: American Icons on February 4 at The Andy Warhol Museum . Onsite will be the BMW M1, hand painted by Warhol in 1979 as part of BMW's Art Race Car Project and on loan from the BMW Museum in Munich, Germany.

Warhol and Cars: American Icons, running February 5 through May 13, is the first to explore Warhol's fascination with automotive vehicles as products of American consumer society. It includes more than 40 drawings, paintings, prints, photographs, film footage, and archival documents from Warhol's career.
